Cookandine is a cooking school in Milan where Chef Aurora and Chef Lucrezia, two generations of Italian cooks, teach hands-on cooking classes in English every day of the year. Choose 3 recipes from our menu: fresh pasta, ravioli and gnocchi, risotto, pizza, eggplant parmigiana, ossobuco, Sicilian caponata, tiramisu, cannoli or Caprese cake. Our pasta class is perfect for beginners and food lovers. After about 90 minutes of cooking, sit down and enjoy your dishes with Italian wine and limoncello.
